Ronda, a native of the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in political science and economics, and a strong desire to succeed in operations management and fostering long-term client relationships in the world of business.
Through the 1990s, Ronda managed a $2.4 million branch of an international reprographic company – one of the most successful branches of that organization in the U.S. In the early part of this decade, she moved on to positions that put her in charge of creating multimillion dollar government contracts, as well as handling multi-site operations of an enterprise grossing more than $40 million in sales, in addition to personnel management of large groups of employees.
Most recently, Ronda has been the director of business development, account development and customer relationship management for a highly successful local printing company. In this position, Ronda single-handedly managed a portfolio of 170 clients and maintained a 97% year-to-year customer retention rate by providing superb customer service and engaging in win-win consultative selling techniques.
Ronda brings 20 years of unsurpassed skill, experience and finesse to Palladium Select with all of her successes in operations management and client relationship management.
